Note: This is a solid, one-piece body structure. While the rear support legs fold completely flat for loading, the arch body itself does NOT fold.

Rental Window & Late Fees:
Our standard rental rate includes a 48-hour event window. Please respect all scheduled return times. Late returns disrupt other client events and incur an automatic $25/day late fee.

• Full-Service Setup: Let us handle the heavy lifting. We deliver, secure the setup, and integrate your custom balloon designs. No deposit required.
• Dry Hire (Self-Pickup): Available at our NE Calgary studio. CRITICAL VEHICLE REQUIREMENT: Because the body does not fold, you must bring an empty minivan (seats removed/stowed), a cargo van, or a large pickup truck. It will NOT fit in a standard sedan or compact SUV. A $75 refundable Security Deposit and valid ID are required at pickup. Please bring moving blankets.
• Outdoor Weather Policy: Due to severe Calgary winds, mandatory heavy-duty sandbags are required for any outdoor setup. Renter assumes 100% financial liability for wind or weather damage.
