Rental Window & Late Fees:
Our standard rental rate covers an event window of up to 48 hours (e.g., pick up Friday afternoon, return Sunday). We want you to enjoy your event without the stress of rushing back the same night.
Exact pickup and return windows will be coordinated directly upon booking. Please respect return deadlines. Late returns disrupt other events and are strictly subject to a $25/day per-item late fee, automatically deducted from your deposit.

Rental & Logistics Terms:

• Location Type (Indoor/Outdoor): Calgary weather is highly unpredictable. Please specify your setup environment when booking. Due to electrical components, these numbers cannot be used outdoors in rain or heavy snow.

No power at your venue? No problem. These architectural, 4-foot structures stand out effortlessly and look incredibly stunning lit or unlit—perfect for outdoor park setups or patios without outlet access.

• Full-Service Setup (VIP): If these numbers are booked as an add-on to our custom balloon installations, our team handles delivery, full styling, and strike. For outdoor setups, heavy-duty safety sandbags are automatically provided and disguised within the decor at no extra cost.
• Dry Hire (Self-Pickup): Available from our NE Calgary studio. A rigid vehicle requirement applies: an empty SUV or minivan with seats folded flat (no sedans). A fully refundable $50 Security Deposit per digit and a valid ID are required at pickup.
• Dry Hire Outdoor Policy: If you are picking up for an outdoor event, heavy-duty anchoring is strictly mandatory to prevent severe wind damage. You may provide your own heavy weights, or rent our black sandbags separately. Note: Renter assumes 100% financial responsibility for any wind-related tipping or structural damage. 

 For safety reasons, numbers cannot be plugged into power during rain or snow.

How to Book:

1. Choose your Milestone Bundle (1, 2, or 3 digits) and type your specific numbers in the notes.
2. Select Full-Service (Add to Balloon Setup) OR Dry Hire (Self-Pickup).
3. Specify your Setup Environment (Indoor or Outdoor).
4. Dry Hire Clients Only: If outdoors, add rental sandbags to protect the equipment.
