Rental Window & Late Fees:
Our standard rental rate covers a stress-free 48-hour window. Please respect return deadlines. Late returns disrupt inventory availability for other events and strictly incur a $25/day late fee, automatically deducted from your deposit.

• Full-Service Setup: Recommended. We deliver, set up, and seamlessly integrate the arch with your custom balloon decor. No upfront security deposit required.
• Dry Hire (Self-Pickup): Available at our NE Calgary studio. Thanks to its folding design, this arch fits into most empty mid-size to full-size SUVs (seats folded flat). Please bring moving blankets to prevent paint scratches or rent from us ($10 for two). A fully refundable $100 Security Deposit and ID check are required at pickup.
• Outdoor Weather Policy: This is a large wind-catching panel. Mandatory heavy-duty sandbags are required for outdoor setups (you can rent from us). Renter assumes 100% financial liability for wind-related damage.
