Note: All shelves are easily removable, making loading and transport significantly safer for self-pickup clients.

Rental Window & Late Fees:
Our standard rental rate covers a stress-free 48-hour window (e.g., pick up Friday afternoon, return Sunday).

Please respect return deadlines. Late returns disrupt our inventory schedule and strictly incur a $25/day late fee, automatically deducted from your deposit.

Logistics & Weather Protocols:
(Delivery & Setup fees are billed separately based on venue location).

• Full-Service Setup: Recommended. Our team handles delivery and setup directly at your venue. For outdoor events, safety sandbags are automatically provided and installed to secure this solid wind-catching structure. No deposit required.
• Dry Hire (Self-Pickup): Available at our NE Calgary studio. A fully empty van, truck, or large SUV (seats completely flat) is strictly required. Please bring moving blankets. A refundable $100 Security Deposit and ID check are required.
• Dry Hire Outdoors: You are financially responsible for wind damage. Mandatory heavy-duty anchoring is required (bring your own or rent our sandbags).
