Rental Window & Late Fees:
Our standard rental rate covers a 48-hour event window. Please respect all scheduled return times. Late returns disrupt our upcoming VIP setups and strictly incur an automatic $25/day late fee.

• Full-Service Setup (Highly Recommended): This is a delicate premium hybrid piece. Let our team deliver, set it up, and perfectly integrate any balloons or custom decals. No upfront security deposit required.
• Dry Hire (Self-Pickup): Available at our NE Calgary studio. Strict Vehicle Rule: Because of the floral elements and solid frame, you MUST bring a completely empty, clean minivan or cargo van. It will not fit in sedans or compact SUVs. A fully refundable $150 Security Deposit is required to cover potential crushing/staining of the silk florals or chipping of the wood during your transport.
• Outdoor Weather Policy: Sandbags are strictly mandatory. We do not permit this floral piece to be set up outdoors during rain to prevent mud and water damage to the ivory silk flowers.
