Monumental Winter Grand Entrance Arch | Calgary Corporate Holiday Decor

Make an uncompromising structural statement in high-traffic, luxury environments. Engineered specifically for massive corporate lobbies, expansive shopping centers, and large-scale winter galas, this monumental organic archway acts as the ultimate holiday entrance. Towering an impressive 13 to 14 feet high, this premium installation commands the room, transforming large, echoing spaces into immersive winter experiences.

Design Specifications:

• Commercial Frame Architecture: Built on a heavy-duty, freestanding commercial metal pipe system secured by heavily weighted base plates. This robust rigging allows for extreme width and towering height (up to 13-14 feet), safely framing escalators, main entry doors, or central event podiums without disrupting foot traffic.
• Massive Organic Volume: Spanning over 30 linear feet of premium balloon art. We aggressively integrate oversized 18-inch jumbo balloons into the base and apex. The structure is further enriched with cascading "mini-garlands"—intricate chains crafted from 5-inch balloon clusters—layered heavily across all sides of the main archway to deliver complex 3D texture and ultra-premium volume.
• Rich Winter Accents: Aggressively detailed with rich, holiday-specific textures. We meticulously weave faux winter greenery, large metallic foil bows, and seasonal accents directly into the structure.
• Custom Finishes: Enhanced with clear Bobo balloons densely layered with premium internal finishes, including metallic gold/silver foil flakes for a high-end luxury feel.
• Palette Customization: Pictured in an opulent Crimson Red, Mirror Chrome Silver, and Pearl White layout. Fully customizable to mirror your specific corporate pantones or building aesthetics.

Logistics, Teardown & Venue Requirements

• Turnkey Corporate Installation: Engineered for indoor climate-controlled environments (corporate lobbies, event halls, and malls). Full on-site professional assembly and exact placement are required. Our team is fully equipped to accommodate strict load-in times, loading dock logistics, and after-hours building requirements for downtown Calgary towers.
• Rental Hardware (Mandatory Strike): The commercial metal frame and weighted safety base plates are high-value rental items belonging to Balloon Wonders YYC. The baseline quote covers standard short-term events (1-3 days). Multi-week holiday exhibitions will incur a standard extended hardware rental fee. A post-event teardown (strike) and hardware retrieval is mandatory and will be scheduled directly with your event or property manager.
