• The Helium Surprise: Upon opening, a 10-piece helium bouquet flies out. Includes 9 premium latex balloons in your baby's gender color, centered around an 18-inch foil heart personalized with white vinyl "It’s a Girl!" or "It’s a Boy!" text.
• Flight Control Options (Indoor vs. Outdoor):

- Outdoor Reveals: Balloons are strictly tethered to extra-long ribbons anchored inside the box to provide the illusion of flight while protecting the environment.

- Indoor Reveals: If your event is inside, you can opt for "Free-Floating" balloons that will safely rise to decorate your venue's ceiling.

Logistics & Order Information:

• Keeping the Secret: You are in full control of the surprise. Select the gender at checkout, or choose "Keep it a Secret". You can have your doctor or trusted confidant email our studio the results, or drop off your sealed physical envelope in advance at our location. Your envelope will be safely returned to you along with the surprise box.
• Ready-to-Open Setup: The box is completely prepared, chemically treated for extended float time (Hi-Float), and securely sealed prior to your event.

🚚 Delivery & Pickup Details:

• Vehicle Requirement: Please note that this is a Giant Surprise Box. If you choose local pickup, a large vehicle is required (SUV or Minivan recommended). It will not fit in a standard sedan or truck.
• Delivery: We offer professional delivery across Calgary and surrounding areas (Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere). Select "Delivery" at checkout to save time.

⚠️ CRITICAL PICKUP INFO:

• Enclosed Vehicles Only: This box MUST be transported inside a temperature-controlled cabin (SUV, Minivan, or large Hatchback).
• No Open Truck Beds: To prevent balloons from popping due to extreme heat, cold, or wind, we cannot release this item for transport in an open pickup truck bed.
• Clear Your Space: Please ensure your back seats are folded down and the cargo area is completely empty before arrival.
