Logistics, Teardown & Venue Requirements

• Turnkey Installation: Full on-site professional assembly, structural rigging, and precise positioning by our team are required to ensure safety and a flawless presentation.
• Rental Hardware: The rigid backdrops and heavy-duty safety bases are high-value rental items. They remain the property of Balloon Wonders YYC. Post-event teardown and hardware retrieval will be executed by our team.
• Delivery & Strike Fees: Delivery logistics and teardown fees are quoted dynamically based on your exact Calgary location, venue access constraints, and setup timeframes.
