Rental Window & Late Fees:
Our standard rental rate covers an event window of up to 48 hours (e.g., pick up Friday afternoon, return Sunday). We want you to enjoy your event without the stress of rushing back the same night.
Exact pickup and return windows will be coordinated directly upon booking. Please respect return deadlines. Late returns disrupt other events and are strictly subject to a $50/day per-item late fee, automatically deducted from your deposit.

Logistics, Delivery & Returns:
We offer flexible fulfillment tailored to your needs. (Note: Delivery/Teardown fees are billed separately based on your venue).

• Full-Service (Delivery, Setup & Teardown): Our highest recommendation for this oversized item. Our team handles the safe transport, assembly, and breakdown. No upfront security deposit required.
• Dry Hire (100% Self-Pickup): Available from our NE Calgary studio. This arch dismantles into pieces, but remains heavy and oversized. Rigid vehicle requirements apply: A Cargo Van, truck, or completely empty full-size SUV is mandatory. Please bring moving blankets to protect the edges or rent from us (2 pcs for $10) . A $150 strictly refundable Security Deposit and valid ID are required at pickup to cover severe paint chipping or wood damage during your transit.

Outdoor Setup Policy:
This is a massive wind-catching structure. For full-service outdoor setups, heavy-duty weights are provided automatically. Self-pickup clients must provide their own serious heavy weighting. Any wind damage is 100% the financial responsibility of the renter.
